Our success depends on our hardworking volunteer artists and community members. Thanks to our volunteer board and committee chairs and volunteers, our organization rocks! The Santa Fe Studio Tour is getting larger every year and we have new ambitious goals this year! We are dedicated to the creation and promotion of art as an important part of life in our Santa Fe community.
To stay at the top of our game, doing what we do, we need volunteers. We ask that all volunteers give of their time and expertise (suggested 12 hours/year). We are looking for enthusiastic, talented volunteers to join in working with us on our committees. Below is a list of our various committee groups.

Assist in Artist and General Meetings prep, monitoring email accounts, finding volunteers within the community for committee work and communicating with volunteers regarding tasks at hand.
This committee works with the Treasurer, advertisers and graphic designers to budget, secure space and develop content for advertising and promoting the SFSAC mission and the Santa Fe Studio Tour.
The Donations Committee develops / maintains relationships with past and new donors; and secures and records donations to rhe SFSAC and its programs.
The Registration Committee handles the application process for the SFSAC and its programs such as Membership and the Santa Fe Studio Tour . The committee reviews all applications and does follow-up.

In coordination with the Advertising Committee, this committee manages the distribution of the SFSAC promotional materials. Identifies outreach opportunities to raise awareness of the Santa Fe Studio Tour and SFSAC among the public and local artists.
The Photo Processing Committee manages the collection of image files from artists, processes them to meet the specifications required for upload to the website and the app and ensures that the Advertising and Website/App Committees have access to them.
The Preview Gallery Committee handles the planning, displaying, hosting and staffing of the preview gallery for the Santa Fe Studio Tour.
The Signs Committee manages the process to ensure artists receive the number of signs they have requested for their studios.
The Social Media Committee creates and implements a plan to promote the SFSAC mission and its programs on social media platforms. Learn new social media skills!
Coordinate and assist with organizing non-artist member and donor special events.
This committee ensures that the Santa Fe Studio Tour app and the SFSAC website is updated with content, including online forms, artists, images, studios, dates, etc. Learn new website/app skills.
